GENERAL INFORMATION:

Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start time - we begin with a silent sitting. Enter quietly, remove your shoes and socks; place on shelf on the left as you enter. Do not bring valuables; Mandala Yoga in McAllen is not responsible for loss of personal property.
Please do not walk in shala with shoes.
Inform your instructor of all injuries or medical issues. This will allow us to give modifications of poses to meet your needs.
Leave all cell phones, Bags, Shoes and worries outside!
Wear comfortable, layered clothing allowing full breathing and warmth.
Do not eat at least 1-2 hours prior to class.
No chewing gum please.
Bring a yoga mat for hygiene reasons. If you do not have one, a limited number are available in the studio
Sign in prior to class start. .
When menstruating, women may not want to do inverted poses (headstand, shoulder-stand). Legs up the wall is appropriate.

Most importantly have fun, and accept your level of flexibility each day!
